Over the past decade, I've had the unique experience of representing multi-national companies, small businesses, nonprofits, schools, students, restaurants, landlords, tenants, government agencies, insurance companies, injured workers, victims in personal injury accidents, actors, directors, musicians, artists, I have negotiated talent agreements in entertainment law, prepared estate plans, assisted in forming businesses, written countless contracts/agreements, negotiated leases, employment/labor issues, litigated probate matters, handled criminal matters, resolved hundreds of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases.  As a fierce advocate and litigator, I have handled countless mediations, arbitrations and argued and won multiple jury trials.
